Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dark molasses
  • 3/4 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr

  1. Here is a recipe for mock soy sauce which came from The Vegetarian Gourmet.
  2. Dianne, you may want to try this. I haven't yet but I thought I would post it for you anyway, hope its good.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and serve with brown rice and tofu dishes.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
  5. Yields 1/4c.
