Ingredientes

  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. corn oil
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 sm. can (1 c.) cream-style corn

Direcciones

  1. Beat lowfat sour cream, oil, and Large eggs. Combine dry ingredients. Fold into lowfat sour cream mix. Mix in cream-style corn. Don't overbeat. Pour into 8x8 pan or possibly 9x9 pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven. Cold; cut into squares.
