Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy, 8 1/2 ounce.)
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can whole corn, liquid removed
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat butter in a 7" x 11" x 1 1/2" pan in oven. Mix remaining ingredients in order in a bowl. Pour into the pan, stir, bake 40 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Serve immediately.
