Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 2 jar prune baby food - (2 1/2 ounce ea)
  • 1 c. egg substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. cocoa pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  •     Nonstick cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Combine butter, baby food, egg substitute and vanilla. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa pwdr, instant coffee and salt in mixing bowl. Make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour in egg mix. Stir just till all ingredients are blended.
  2. Pour into 9-inch square pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Spread batter proportionately in bottom of pan. Bake at 375 degrees till brownies are set in center, 20 to 25 min.
  3. Remove from oven and let cold. Cut into squares.
  4. This recipe yields 16 brownies.
