Ingredientes

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. canned pumpkin
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts

Direcciones

  1. Cream sugar, large eggs and oil. Add in pumpkin. Add in sifted dry ingredients, alternating with water and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Add in minced nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in 2 loaf pans for 45 min. Bananas or possibly applesauce may be substituted for pumpkin.
