Receta Molasses Bread Pudding

Ingredientes

8 slices old bread (cubed) or possibly 6 c. cool biscuits (crumbled) 2 Large eggs 2 tbsp. butter (melted) 3 tbsp. sugar

3 tbsp. molasses (thick) 2 c. scalded lowfat milk 1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

1. Place bread cubes or possibly crumbs in a well greased baking dish. Beat the Large eggs, sugar, molasses and salt together then add in lowfat milk and butter. Pour this mix over the bread.
