- Heat butter, molasses, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, soda, salt, water to the boiling point. Remove from stove and beat. Add in two beaten Large eggs and 6 c. flour. Refrigerateovernight. Roll out and cut into desired shapes. Roll thin for gingersnaps and thick for soft cookies.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 8 min.
