Ingredientes

  • 3 quart. popcorn, popped
  • 2/3 c. molasses
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/3 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Pick over popcorn, discarding all hard kernels. Boil molasses, sugar, water, vinegar and salt without stirring. Cook at 270 degrees or possibly till it becomes brittle when tried in cool water. Mix butter and vanilla in the molasses when removed from stove. Pour over popcorn and make into balls. Wrap in waxed paper; when cold.
