Receta Molasses Yogurt Veggie Salad
I was craving for a yummy salad but wanted to make some home-made dressing for it. After a few tries settled on this one. It turned out nice.

- To make dressing-
- Put a big fine strainer over a vessel such that it does not touch the bottom of the vessel.
- Put yogurt in the strainer and let it stand for at least 3 hrs so that all the water drips into the vessel and yogurt thickens.Do not disturb the yogurt, it will loose all its water naturally.
- After 3 hrs, take a bowl and mix yogurt with molasses and tamarind pulp such that no lumps remain.
- Arrange the greens on serving plate. Put dressing over it.Season it with lemon pepper.
- Enjoy.
- You can also put roasted chicken or mushrooms as per your liking.
