Ingredientes

  • 2 env unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. Cool water
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Light cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Lemon, juice of
  • 1 can (1-lb) salmon
  • 1/2 c. Minced celery
  • 2 tsp Chopped onion

Direcciones

  1. Soak gelatin for 5 min in cool water. Place container in warm water till gelatin is dissolved. Combine mayonnaise and cream, and stir till smooth. Add in sugar, salt, and lemon juice. Stir gelatin into mix. Break salmon into small pcs and add in to mayonnaise mix with celery and onion. Pour into an 8-c. ring mold. Refrigeratetill hard.
  2. Yield: 6 servings.
