Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 16 ounce sliced peaches liquid removed with syrup reserved
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  •     water to make 1 1/2 c. liquid added to
  •     reserved syrup

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr & salt. Mix well. Stir in lowfat milk just til blended. Spread in greased 9x9 pan. Top with peaches. Add in sufficient water to the reserved syrup to make 1 1/2 c. liquid. Heat with the brown sugar & butter til butter & sugar melts. Pour over peaches. Mix will be thin. Bake at 350F for 30-45 min.
