Ingredientes

  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 ounce unsweetened chocolate coarsely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Atkins Bake Mix
  • 2 lrg Large eggs room temperature
  • 2 lrg egg yolks room temperature
  • 8 pkt sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease four 6-oz custard c. with shortening and dust with bake mix. Place c. on a baking sheet.
  2. Heat butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat; cold. Stir in bake mix. Transfer to a large bowl.
  3. With an electric mixer on high, beat Large eggs, egg yolks, sugar substitute and vanilla till almost hard peaks form, about 4 min.

  5. Bake 8 to 9 min till toothpick inserted near edge comes out clean and inserted in center comes out with batter. Cold 3 min. Run knife around edge, turn upside down to release onto serving plates. Serve immediately
