Receta Mom’s American Goulash
When I was a kid my mom would make this recipe all the time. At the time I hated it because I was having a moment of hate towards ground beef. Now that I am older I like it. I especially like it because it’s super easy, inexpensive and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef 90/10
- 1 large onion diced
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 large green bell pepper diced
- 12 ounces of spiral pasta (cooked and drained)
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp beef bouillon
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions drain and set aside
In a large skillet brown ground beef and drain
Add diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cooked until the vegetables are tender
Add one can of tomato sauce
Next add bouillon, salt and pepper to taste
Add pasta into the pot and mix well
Cook until the ingredients cook down
