Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Wine Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 c. Red Wine
  • 1 med Onion Chopped
  • 1 x Bay Leaf
  • 1 x Clove Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 c. Tomato Sauce
  • 4 med Potatoes Cubed
  • 2 x Carrots, Sliced
  •     Salt And Pepper To Taste

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil. Add in every thing except potatoes and carrots to large pot. Cover tightly and simmer 1 1/2 hrs till meat is thoroughly tender. Half an hour before meat is ready add in carrots and potatoes.
