Ingredientes

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
  • 1 (21 ounce) can pie filling (your choice of fruit)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, add in sugar, then large eggs. Add in flour, vanilla and lemon flavoring. Grease and flour jelly roll pan. Pour batter into pan.Mark batter lightly with knife, dividing equally into squares. Into each square place a dollop of pie filling. Bake for 40 to 45 min. Allow cake to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (especially effective to use cherries at Christmas or possibly Valentines).
