Mom's Easy Spanish Flan

Ingredientes

  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Brown 3/4 cup sugar till melted completely. Pour in an ungreased round 1 qt casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together and pour on top of melted sugar. Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees (to keep flan from getting bubbles in it, place your dish in a large broiling pan with about 2 inches of water while baking). Chill overnight.To serve, run a knife around edge to loosen, place a plate on top of dish and flip it over. Cut into pie slices.
