Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Haddock Or possibly Hard White Fish
  • 8 med Potatoes, Diced
  • 1 lrg Diced Onion
  • 17 ounce Condensed Lowfat milk
  •     Butter
  •     Salt To Taste
  •     Pepper To Taste

Direcciones

  1. Cook the potatoes and onion in water to cover till almost done. Add in fish that has been cut into small pcs and cook slowly till potatoes are done. Don't overcook the fish. Add in one 12 oz and one 5 oz can of condensed lowfat milk and continue to simmer till everything is heated. Add in butter, salt and pepper to taste and serve with fresh baked muffins.
