Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce can red or possibly pink salmon, remove bones
  • 2/3 c. minced celery
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 x beaten egg
  • 2/3 c. quick or possibly old-fashion oats
  • 3/4 c. light cream or possibly lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Pack into greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 min. Remove from oven, and let stand five min before removing from pan.
  2. Note: One can cream of celery soup and 1/2 c. lowfat milk can be substituted for the celery and lowfat milk.
