  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 12 tbsp. shortening
  • Dash of salt

  1. Mix all of the above well with pastry till no lumps. Proceed to add in 8 Tbsp. of cool water, one at a time. Separate into 2 balls and roll out for pie crust.
