Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef or possibly chuck
  • 8 ounce. can tomato sauce
  • 8 ounce. can water
  • 1 or possibly 2 stalks celery, minced
  • Small onion, minced
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. In skillet cook celery and onion in small amount of water till celery is soft. Fry beef and crumble it up. When done, drain off grease. Add in tomato sauce and water; salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 15 min. Butter hamburger buns and broil till lightly golden brown. Serve closed or possibly open faced.
