Mom's Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredientes

  • 8-10 lg. cabbage leaves
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. celery, minced
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • Seasoning salt
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook cabbage in salted water till tender. Mix remaining ingredients. Divide meat mix among cabbage leaves. Fold insides of leaves and roll up. Place in a baking dish or possibly small roaster seam side down.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over cabbage rolls. Bake at 325 degrees for 3-4 hrs, basting now and then. Serve with mashed potatoes.
