Momma Tate's Pink Pound Cake

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Butter
  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 c. Buttermilk
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Mellow Fruity flavoring*

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Cream together sugar and butter. Add in Large eggs one at a time. In a separate bowl, mix baking soda and buttermilk. Add in this mix and flour to creamed mix. Mix well and add in flavoring. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake for one hour.
  2. Vanilla flavoring can also be used, but only 1 1/2 tsp. is needed.
