Receta Monkey Bread Muffins
Monkey Bread Muffins
In my house, we have high school age boys and can say things like “monkey balls” without getting carried away and teaching them something they don’t know. So, the official recipe title is Monkey Bread Muffins, but feel free to call them as we do and just say Monkey Balls! (unless you have little ones that will laugh and get carried away and tell all their friends at school that their mom feeds them monkey balls)
INGREDIENTS:
2 packages Refrigerated Biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into small bits
- Sugar
- Ground cinnamon
- Sweetened, condensed milk
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add 1/2 teaspoon of butter to muffin tins, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cut dough into thirds, roll into balls and place 3 in each muffin cup. Top with 1/2 teaspoon butter and sprinkle with more sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Remove from the oven, dump out onto a plate and immediately drizzle with the sweetened condensed milk (you don’t really need to do this step, they are good without it, but better with it).
