Receta Monster Brownies
I had a nice post all written up for you today to go along with these brownies. I am not sure what happened though, because when I hit save it disappeared. I am usually pretty good with the technical side of things, but this has me stumped. My husband might disagree, but he designs computers for a living, so he doesn’t really count. I was almost tempted to just give you the recipe and call it a day. But, you all know me better than that, right
Last year for Halloween I made Monster Cookies. This year, I decided I would use my favorite dessert (brownies) and do something similar. I am a sucker for a brownie, and can’t remember a time I ever turned one down. These monster brownies have the added benefit of being covered in candy! You can really use any candy you want, or have on hand for these. I had some mini M&M’s on hand, 4 Oreo’s left from something else, a few pumpkin M&M’s from these brownies, and some fun googly eyes left from the mummy granola bars. All the makings for some fun monsters!
I made these with my 8 year old, and it was fun to let him go to town and decorate however he wanted. His favorite is the one covered in eyes! You could easily use colored frosting if you wanted to change them up that way too. Just have fun with them. Monster brownies would be a fun treat to do with kids at a school party, or “craft” project at your own Halloween party.
