Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Precut pork loin for stir-frying**
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 pkt (16 ounce.) broccoli coleslaw
  • 1 pkt (10 ounce.) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 pkt (10 ounce.) coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 c. Bottled Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 3 x Green onions, sliced
  • 1 pkt (10 ounce.) flour tortillas
  •     Hoisin sauce*

Direcciones

  1. Hoisin sauce is available in Asian markets and in the specialty section of many supermarkets.
  2. Ask your butcher if you do not see it in meat case.
  3. Heat large, deep skillet or possibly wok over high heat. Add in 1 Tbsp. oil and heat till almost smoking. Toss pork with cornstarch in medium bowl. Add in pork to skillet and cook, stirring, till beginning to brown, 3 to 4 min. With slotted spoon transfer pork to clean bowl.
  4. Add in remaining 1 tsp. oil to skillet; add in garlic and cook 15 seconds.
  5. Add in vegetables and Stir-Fry Sauce to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, till vegetables are tender-crisp, 5 min. Return pork to skillet and cook 1 minute more. Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle with green onions.
  6. Wrap tortillas in paper towel and microwave on High 1 1/2 min.
  7. To serve, spread Hoisin sauce on tortillas, spoon on Moo Shoo Pork and roll up.
