Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce Boneless pork loin cut into thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce
  •     Oil for wok
  • 1/2 c. Sliced shiitake mushroom caps
  • 1/4 c. Coarsely-minced water chestnuts
  • 1/4 c. Sliced bamboo shoots
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 c. Bean sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger
  • 10 x Moo Shu Pancakes see * Note
  •     Hoisin sauce

Direcciones

  1. Toss the pork with dark soy. Heat 1 Tbsp. of oil in a wok over high heat. Add in the pork and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add in the shiitakes, cook for 1 more minute. Add in the water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots, cook for 3 min. Combine the water, soy sauce, dry sherry, cornstarch, sugar, and pepper; work into a smooth paste. Add in to the wok, stir to completely coat. Cook for 2 min. Remove from the heat. Add in the bean sprouts, green onions, and ginger.
  2. Brush your Moo Shu Pancakes with a little hoisin sauce. Fill with the pork and vegetables. Roll up and serve.
  3. This recipe yields 5 servings.
