Ingredientes

  • 8 Tbsp. Vegetable shortening
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 c. Grnd poppyseed

Direcciones

  1. Cream shortening and sugar together. Ad Large eggs and blend thoroughly. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, and salt; add in. Add in vanilla and poppyseed and mix thoroughly. Roll to a 1/4- inch thickness and cut with cookie cutter into desired shapes. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  2. Bake in a 375 degrees F oven for 10 to 12 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  3. Makes 30 to 40.
