Ingredientes

  • 10 x Egg whites
  • 7 x Egg yolks
  • 1 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Cake flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon extract

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour before measuring, then sift five times. Sift sugar five times.
  2. Add in salt to egg whites, beat till frothy, then add in cream of tartar.
  3. Continue beating, till egg whites are stiff but not dry. In another bowl, beat 7 egg yolks till creamy. Add in to them, 2 tbsp beaten egg whites. To whites, gradually add in sugar. Combine yellow and white mixtures. Mix in flavoring, flour. Rinse 4 1/2 x 10" tube pan with cool water before putting in batter. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 60 to 65 min or possibly till done.
