  • Milk
  • Wild Honey
  • Moringa powder
  • Yogurt, almonds & any seeds (Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds). (if required).

  3. Add a tablespoon of moringa powder and wild honey for a good taste & nutrients. (You can also add moringa honey instead of moringa powder)
