- Place muffin halves, cut side up on a cookie sheet. Top each with a slice of Canadian bacon, tomato and cheese. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 10 min or possibly microwave at medium power 3 to 4 min or possibly till heated through and cheese is melted.
