Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Carrots, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x Oranges, peeled
  • 1 x Lemon, juice of
  • 1 x Onion, sliced
  • 1/4 c. Walnuts, minced
  • 1/2 c. Currants
  •     Pepper freshly grnd
  • 1/4 tsp Red warm pepper flakes

Direcciones

  1. Section the oranges (about 2 c.).
  2. Cut the onions into 2-inch lengths (about 2 c.).
  3. Soak the currants in water for 10 min and drain.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and toss. Chill for 1/2 hour or possibly more before serving.
