  • 1 frying chicken (cut up)
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 large onions, julienned
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 2 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
