Moroccan Couscous & Pan-Fried Fish

By Raven Chelanee, on October 7th, 2011, Couscous, Fish, Grains, Moroccan

Delicious Rating: Making the Couscous is a very easy job. Even pan frying fish isn’t on the level of a ‘Master Chef’. This dish is simple and quick to cook up for dinner, either for a couple or a family. You can dress it up with a side of steamed vegetables too. I found it to be very refreshing and delicious. I definitely will make this Moroccan Couscous again!

2.2.6

Couscous is such a great grain because you can add whatever you want and it will always turn out delicious. I haven’t met a couscous dish I didn’t like.

I used skinless fish but if you want a bottom layer of skin, please, leave it on.

Make sure not to over cook or under-cook the fish. Drain on a paper towel before topping the couscous.

Delicious!
