- PREHEAT oven to 450 F or possibly grill to medium-high. Spray foil with nonstick spray.
- CENTER one chicken breast half on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Combine cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper; sprinkle 1/2 tsp. mix all over chicken. Combine tomatoes with remaining spice mix; spoon beside chicken. Arrange zucchini strips over shicken and tomatoes.
- BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make two packets.
- BAKE 20 to 22 min on a cookie sheet in oven Or possibly GRILL 10 to 12 min in covered grill.
- Sprinkle with minced fresh cilantro, if you like. Serve with warm cooked couscous or possibly rice.
