Ingredientes

  • 2 sht Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum
  •     Foil (12x18-inches each)
  • 2 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 1/2 ounce.) liquid removed
  • 1 med zucchini sliced in 2-inch
  •     strips

Direcciones

  1. PREHEAT oven to 450 F or possibly grill to medium-high. Spray foil with nonstick spray.
  2. CENTER one chicken breast half on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Combine cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper; sprinkle 1/2 tsp. mix all over chicken. Combine tomatoes with remaining spice mix; spoon beside chicken. Arrange zucchini strips over shicken and tomatoes.
  3. BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make two packets.
  4. BAKE 20 to 22 min on a cookie sheet in oven Or possibly GRILL 10 to 12 min in covered grill.
  5. Sprinkle with minced fresh cilantro, if you like. Serve with warm cooked couscous or possibly rice.
