Ingredientes

  • 2 x carrots, diced
  • 1 x white onion, diced
  • 5 x celery stalks, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 lb grnd white turkey meat
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  •     Healthy pinch paprika
  •     Healthy pinch cayenne pepper
  •     Healthy pinch herbes de Provence
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Saute/fry diced vegetables in extra virgin olive oil till tender. Let cold.
  2. Mix cooked vegetables with turkey. Add in Large eggs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, herbes de Provence and Worcestershire sauce. Add in bread crumbs.
  3. Form into a big loaf and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour - till nice and brown.
