Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 soft bananas

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter with sugar, add in Large eggs. Sift flour with baking pwdr. Add in rest of ingredients and put dough in 3 (12 oz) coffee cans and fill them half full. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  2. My Mother made these cakes very often, in fact whenever someone came to visit there was always a banana bread cake to be eaten. We had to save the coffee cans for her as she was always running out.
