Ingredientes

  • 1 med. onion
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 pound pasteurized process cheese
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 pkg. frzn, minced broccoli
  • Almonds for topping

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter. Add in soup, lowfat milk, and cheese, reserving sufficient cheese for topping. Heat. Mix in rice and broccoli, thawed sufficient to break into pcs. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish. Cover with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Top with slivered almonds.
