Receta Mother's Chocolate Cream Pie

Using pre-made pie shells make this recipe so easy. You can use a large one or make individual size ones for everybody.

- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Beat egg yolks and add in lowfat milk. Add in dry ingredients gradually to avoid lumps.
- Add in butter and cook over low heat until thickened; stirring constantly.
- Add in vanilla and almond.
- Beat egg whites till stiff. Add in 1 Tbsp. sugar to each egg white.
- Add in 1 tsp. vanilla.
- Pour pie mix into baked shells and add in topping. Brown in 350 degree oven.
