Ingredientes

  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Scald lowfat milk in top of double boiler. Combine sugar, cornstarch and add in slowly to lowfat milk. Stir and cook 5 min. Add in beaten egg yolks very slowly. Cook and stir 10 min more. Remove and add in vanilla. Serve chilled over fruit or possibly cake.
