Ingredientes

  • 4 slc fat back
  • 1 x (2- to 3-lb.) fryer chicken
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 med onion, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper

Direcciones

  1. Fry fat back in large frying pan; remove fat back. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken in frying pan, brown completely on both sides. sprinkle flour in pan along with onions; continue to cook. Add in water and bring to a complete boil, turn down heat and simmer about 20 min.
