Ingredientes

  • Beat 3 Large eggs
  • Add in 1/2 c. sugar
  • Healthy pinch of salt, cinnamon or possibly nutmeg for flavor
  • Add in 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Pour in unbaked 10 inch crust. Bake 10 min at 450 degrees, reduce heat to 325 degrees. Bake till the pie is "set". Good - the baking is the secret of a good custard pie.
