Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 5 tbsp. sugar
  • 5 Large eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. corn oil
  • Healthy pinch salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix ingredients. Spoon 1 1/2 ounces into warm skillet. Roll around to make thin layer. Cook 15-20 seconds. Turn over with spatula. Cook 15-20 seconds. Slide out of skillet onto plate. Fill with fruit, jam, whipped cream, melted chocolate or possibly whatever is desired. Mix in half and then in quarters. Serve immediately.
