Ingredientes
1 c. suet
3 quarts. (6 lbs.) minced, unpeeled green tomatoes
2 quarts. (5 lbs.) pared apples, minced
2 lbs. seeded raisins
4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 teaspoon powdered cloves
2 tbsp. salt
1 orange, without seeds, cut up
Direcciones
Combine in kettle. Simmer uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 hrs till thick. Stir frequently. Makes 5 to 6 pints. If preserving, process 30 min.
