Ingredientes

  • 1 c. suet
  • 3 quarts. (6 lbs.) minced, unpeeled green tomatoes
  • 2 quarts. (5 lbs.) pared apples, minced
  • 2 lbs. seeded raisins
  • 4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon powdered cloves
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 1 orange, without seeds, cut up

Direcciones

  1. Combine in kettle. Simmer uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 hrs till thick. Stir frequently. Makes 5 to 6 pints. If preserving, process 30 min.
