Ingredientes

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  1. Beat Large eggs. Add in sugar, vinegar, flour, butter and salt. Mix well and cook till thick. Beat well. If too thick, add in a little lowfat milk or possibly cream. Makes about 2 c..
