Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 c. oats, uncooked (or possibly) bran cereal
  • 1/4 c. minced nuts
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 3/4 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Coat 1 muffin tin. Bake 15 to 17 min till golden. Makes 12 muffins.
