Receta Mother's Sour Cream Waffles

Ingredientes

1 c. flour 1 teaspoon baking pwdr 1/2 teaspoon soda 3/4 teaspoon salt

1 egg, separated 1 c. thick lowfat sour cream 1/4 c. sweet lowfat milk 3 tbsp. melted butter

Direcciones

1. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, soda and salt. Combine well beaten egg yolk, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk and butter. Add in to dry ingredients. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in waffle iron.
