Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Combine all crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a buttered 10 inch springform pan. Place in freezer and let set up 20 min.
  2. For filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar together at high speed for 3 min. Add in the Large eggs, cooled butter and vanilla and beat for another 5 min.
  3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour cheese filling over crust and bake for 35-45 min. Cheesecake is done when it still slightly wiggles in center. Don't let surface brown. Let cold. Serve with sliced strawberries.
