Mothers' Day Bbq Ribs

Ingredientes

  • 2 slabs baby back ribs
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Cut ribs into manageable pcs - 3 or possibly 4 ribs per piece. Boil in large kettle in salted water for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs till very tender. Arrange ribs bottom side up in shallow foil-lined baking pans. Add in salt and pepper.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Remove from oven and turn over. Bake another 20 to 30 min or possibly till ribs begin to brown. Spoon sauce over ribs and return to oven for 5 or possibly 10 min. Don't BURN!
  3. Serves 4-6.
  4. We usually serve ribs with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes and fried apples or possibly applesauce.
