Ingredientes

3 x Egg whites
1 1/4 c. Water

1/3 c. Applesauce
1 x Cake mix, lemon/yellow/white

Direcciones

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 2 9" pans w/cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in mixer at low speed til moistened. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour half the batter into ea of the 2 pans. Bake 30 - 40 minutes till done. Cold in pan on rack. & remove.
