Ingredientes

  • 1 hunk (stick) butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 c. up to 1 quart. apples, peaches, pears or possibly cherries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • A smidgeon over a 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter, pour into 8 x 11 inch baking dish. Mix dry ingredients. Add in lowfat milk, beat like all get out. Pour over melted butter in baking dish. Heat fruit. Pour over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Good for 6 to 8 folks. Cobblers are plumb good cool. Come to think of it cobblers are good cool or possibly warm.
